New Rules and Lineup:
– Netflix released the rules for the contest between competitive eaters Joey Chestnut and Takeru Kobayashi.
– The rules include eating the most Hot Dogs & Buns in 10 minutes without dunking, separating the hot dogs from buns, or pouring water on them.
– Penalties will be given for rule-breaking or regurgitation, with excess crumbs being weighed and deducted.
– There will be a tiebreaker with a 3-minute overtime round.
– Undercard matches will feature competitive eater Matt Stonie against Olympians Ryan Lochte, Ryan Murphy, and Max Irving in a chicken wing eating battle. Leah Shutkever will also try to break a Guinness World Record by consuming the most watermelon in 3 minutes.
