Artem Chigvintsev, husband of WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella, has been released from jail after being arrested for domestic battery in Napa Valley, CA. The incident was reported when someone at Chigvintsev’s residence called 911, claiming a “medical emergency.”
Initially, paramedics and the fire department were dispatched, but a subsequent call from the house canceled the request without providing a reason. Ultimately, the emergency services were called off, and they never arrived at the residence.
Chigvintsev was arrested at 10:00 am local time for felony corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, indicating that the injury was visibly apparent. The identity of the alleged victim has not been disclosed.
The couple, who recently celebrated their second anniversary, shares a 4-year-old son.
