New Information on WWE’s Plans for New Performance Center
At a recent all-employee meeting led by TKO President Mark Shapiro at WWE Headquarters, new details about the company’s plans emerged. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter confirmed reports that a new WWE Performance Center would be opening in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This news raises questions about whether this new facility would replace the current WWE PC in Orlando, Florida, or operate in conjunction with it. Wrestling Observer Live host Bryan Alvarez shared additional insights on the matter. According to Alvarez, the announcement took many by surprise, as only a select few higher-ups were aware of these plans. Consequently, there is purportedly discontent among staff members about the lack of transparency.
One potential location for the new WWE Performance Center in Las Vegas is the UFC Apex. Notably, this venue is owned by TKO Group Holdings, the parent company of both WWE and UFC.
As developments continue to unfold, we will provide updates on this story.
