WWE NXT Viewer Ratings Report
Last week’s episode of “WWE NXT” served as the lead-in for the upcoming No Mercy premium live event on Sunday. While the overall viewership for the August 27 episode was lower than the previous week, the key demographic ratings showed an increase.
– Overall viewership for the August 27 episode averaged 615,000 viewers, marking a 4 percent decrease from the previous week.
– Comparing the viewership for the month of August this year to the same period last year, there was an 11 percent decline.
– Despite the overall decline, the key demographic of 18-49 saw a 6 percent increase from the August 20 episode. The rating went up to 0.17 from the previous week’s 0.16.
– However, when looking at the key demographic ratings for August overall, there was a 15 percent decrease compared to August 2023.
– “NXT” claimed the third spot as the most-watched show on cable in the key demographic for that night.
– The peak viewership of 643,000 occurred during the 9-9:15 quarter-hour, which featured a match between Rosemary and Kelani Jordan and a backstage segment involving various wrestlers.
– The final quarter of the show, which included a concert by Joe Hendry disrupted by Ethan Page and Trick Williams, had an average viewership of 603,000.
– The six-minute overrun saw a decline in viewership to 597,000.
No Mercy, scheduled to take place at the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado, currently has six confirmed matches for the event.
